Guide me please related to my education points!

Hello and Salam!

Well i completed my MSCS 17 years of education in 2003.Went to uk got management diploma and did

job as a assistant manager/retail store.

My question iso i need to send my diploma as well or just Mscs transcript would be enough?

Can i apply under 0621 NOC according to the new NOC?

NOC 0621 is not on the list.
