Have few questions can u help me

We reside in Abu Dhabi UAE.
I and my husband are age 37.
I have done BBA.Have around 3 yes of exp in Recruitment s.
My husband is a Sr.Contracts Engineer.
He has around 14 + yes of exp.
I have given IELTS score my bands are 6.5 . My husband scored low in writing 5.5 bands.
But the problem is our CRS is low around 322. And even after boosting our IELTS CRS would be around 395 or so....
I was planning to go for Student Visa.
My questions are

1. Can I get work permit there and if so when and how this option can work?And can I get student visa at this age?

2. Has anyone conquered this option at this age and succeeded..

3. Plus can we all as a family go together as my husband would get open work permit

4. Plus I have one son he is 7 yrs old.Can I take him with me.

5. And can we apply from PR in Canada or we need to come back to UAE

6. And do I need to go for Masters or a college diploma would help
Can u please guide me since we have very less time.

1. You can apply for a study permit at any age. There are no restrictions.
2. Not sure. I came on a study permit when I was 22. I am now 30 and working.
3. Yes, your husband can apply for a spousal open work permit if your study permit is approved.
4. You absolutely can and should take your son with you. People come here with children often.
5. You can apply for PR from within Canada as soon as you qualify.
6. Not sure, depends on what is more useful in your field.
