She is Instrumentation Engineer and worked in India for 10 years. In the last 5 years of those, her designation was Project Manager and roles and responsibilities included: Client coordination for system requirements, discussions with stakeholders, resource management, product ownership, planning, assigning and reviewing team deliverables, team grooming and progress monitoring.
In her current organization, her designation is System Integration Team Leader. Here she is responsible for business development, proposal development, project management, monthly revenue calculations, team review and monitoring, resource management and client coordination.
We believe that she should use NOC 0211.
