Guidance on form fill up-Principal Applicant

I have some confusion on certain points while fill up (A-0520-AA) form, appreciate if someone could help:

13 . Employment during the past 5 years

I am working with same employer for the last 6 years , do I need to write TASK for every designation with the duration? Though I fall into same NOC over the 6 years and JD slightly modified in every role. But still confused as my designation changed several times during this time.

Presently I'm planning to fill only one experience 1- and kept duration 6 years where I have wrote my present designation and high level task. Kindly advice the way way I'm filling is right or wrong?

If your releaving letter mention your roles and responsibilities, the same you mentioned in that section. So you have been continuously working...so One company and generalize your responsibilities and fill the application.

The Quebec immigration will not go in details what is your subject matter expert and will not provide any job to you.
