guidance needed regarding documentation

my question is i have 3 years of work experience do i need to keep my relieving letter in my visa filing documents or just fillling up the experience information in application form is enough .Please suggest me.which one is highly recommended.

some of my friends who applied for jan 2012 they are also experienced but they did not kept their relieving letters in the filing documents they just mentioned it in the application form but they got their visas.

I included all the experience letters in my application.....but they are not mandatory as per CHC.......
