guidance about form clipping of forms for cio

Dear Seniors,
I have completed the forms and ready to apply to cio. Kindly tell me if the forms are to be stapled or paper clip is to be used also should I staple individual forms such as one for imm general and one for background and so on and use a paper clip to bunch all the forms and documents together.

One more thing to ask that is I am using additional sheets for background forms for myself and spouse so should I prepare another cover letter mentioning the sheets attached or should I write it with pen on the documents checklist?

Seniors who hav applied kindly guide as this is most urgent.

Hi,

Stapple one kind form and its additional sheets together. Then you can clip all of the set with a strong clip.

You don't need a covering letter for additional sheets. In the last row/column of the particular item, write down ( or type) "additional sheet attached". Don't write in the checklist.

Is this additional sheet is simply the blank paper or the extra print out of the same form page?
