GTS LMIA closed work permit from Germany timeline

Hi all,

Anyone here applied for GTS LMIA closed work permit online from Germany recently?

Type of Application: Work Permit GTS LMIA
Application Country: Germany

My timeline is:

Application submission: 17 July 2021 (including my wife)
Biometric Instruction Letter: 18 July 2021
Biometric Completed: 18 July 2021

No updates since then.

Hey, Congrats!
Can you please mention your timeline?
When was the LMIA filed and the process you had to go through after getting positive LMIA?

Thanks!

LMIA was filed on 15 June and was approved on 15 July.
After getting positive LMIA the agency which my company work with submitted my application.

Application submission: 17 July 2021 (including my wife)
Biometric Instruction Letter: 18 July 2021
Biometric Completed: 18 July 2021

After long silence I've finally got my PPR and BVL 10 August. Though in my account there was still pending Review of eligibility and Background check but Final decision was Approved.

12 August - sent passport to VFS global via DHL and paid 1-way courier service fee.
13 August - dispatched to IRCC in Vienna
16 August - received by IRCC and under processing. I've got updates in my CIC account - Review of eligibility and Background check are passed. Also I've got Travel Authorisation.
17 August - dispatched to VAC in Vienna

And now waiting for passport to get back to me :)

PS1. Same timeline for my wife's application for SOWP.
PS2. My job is Software Engineer.
PS3. VFS Global manager told me that in-person passport submitting will be open in the mid of September, just FYI.

hi I am also applied LMIA Supported work permit on 16 July in Singapore VO. May I know when you were applying how many weeks processing times?

Its still pending.
LMIA applied : 10th August, 2021.
No updates since then...
Lawyers said that there are some technical difficulties which are causing delays but I have read some applications getting approved. How about yours?

Yes exactly same case and cause for me.
Mine applied on 19-Aug.
As per my research I think LMIA applied in aur August did not get approval yet due to this technical issue.
Not sure if they applied for us online or personally in the processing centre.
They are also not giving any timeline for its completion.
