Question for experts,
How many local Citizenship Processing offices are there in GTA area?
What if somebody changes his city in GTA?

I believe it is just the Scarborough and Mississauga offices.

If you change city, it would not impact where your application is processed. Even distribution between these two offices is not purely based on your address. They often transfer applications due to workload.
