"GSS processing is currently on hold due to Covid-19" -Reply from IRCC

I sent Webform to IRCC last week, and I got reply this week from IRCC. I understand that GTS processing is currently on hold due to covid.

The reply from IRCC is "GSS processing is currently on hold due to covid-19. Your application will be processed once regular processing resumes."

Any idea when regular processing resumes?

oh, that's not good. They should start processing now as Canada opens up. It has been such a long wait.

I believe as of now the regular processing is on hold till 30 June.

Does this only refer to processing applications for GTS (in other words, someone trying to be accepted into the GTS program)? Or does this also refer to processing of work permits if you were already accepted into GTS previously?

My wife's GTS was filed on 10 March before the processing pause, so pretty sure it refers to all existing and new GTS applications.
