I plan to visit Canada through the lions club as I am a member.

They are requesting my registration fee for the conference that I will attend.

Do I need to apply for a visa personally or can the organization submit visa application for all the members who want to go to the 2021 conference in Montreal in June 2021.

You should apply for the visa on your own but with a letter from the organization that supports your reasons for travel.

Note that processing times for TRVs are quite long right now and your visa may not be approved in time. You should submit the TRV application as soon as possible. Also, you'll need to see when COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted. Your travel reasons are non-essential and even with an approved TRV, it may not be possible for you to travel to Canada.
