Hi every one
I am Iraqi national, live in Iraq. I want to to go Canada by group of five sponsorship
My question is should I leave Iraq with all my family and to apply or if it is possible my wife will apply as principle applicant instead of me and can I stay in my country till all process ends
Or I can go back to my country without spoiling my file during processing

That's an interesting question. I think it's certainly quite possible returning to Iraq may create problems for your application since you will no longer look like genuine refugees but just someone who is using the system to their advantage.

If you want to immigrate through the refugee program, then you should leave Iraq and not return.

If for some reason you cannot leave Iraq, then apply for PR through one of the economic streams like Express Entry.
