Group 5 sponsorship

Hello all,
I was wondering if i can sponsor a refugee couple under group 5 private sponsorship. We have the income and that couple has no kids just 2 of them. How many people do i need to sign for the agreement forms? Does it have to be a lawyer to sponsor them or anyone can do? thank you!

You seem to be a full-time student who is currently sponsoring their husband. You asked in De ember about including your father to provide financial support if necessary for your spousal sponsorship. You don’t seem to be in a position to participate in a group of 5 sponsorship. Do you have other people who can commit to financing the sponsorship and participate in the group of 5? Has the couple been declared refugees by UNHCR? You need to post this under the refugee section. You need to do more research on what a group of 5 sponsorship entails.

Thank you, im asking this from my parents side, and yes the couple have the refugee letter. Just asking if its possible to sponsor them through private sponsorship. Do we need a lawyer or anyone can sponser? How many people to need sign the agreement form. Thanks

you need to do a lot more research. It is too complicated to explain on a forum.
