I have some question waiting clearifications.
1. Can some body with truck driver skill get job in Canada? If yes what are the process and requirements?
2. I have masters degree in computer science and 6 years experience of system administration, can get a job in Canada and what are the requirements.

First it is almost impossible to secure a job from outside a Canada unless someone has some exceptional skill not readily available in the country given employers are reluctant to go through the LMIA process,
1. Truck driving is classified as unskilled. You would need to be a PR and once you have PR status in Canada apply for the relevant licences to drive trucks.

2. You need to research the immigration programs such as express entry given you seem to quote qualifications and work experience that would have thought would give you a good chance of qualifying for EE depending on age and other requirements.

Not sure why you are looking at such extreme options between 1 and 2 so can only assume you may have already assessed your points score but (1) will not get you that far as an unskilled occupation.
