If you submitted your documents for granting citizenship before or around mid 2013, then:
1-Have you granted citizenship?
2- If not, Have you ever called CIC call center? How many times? Any response?
2-1-Have you ever checked your case status through the CIC website? What was the status?
3-Are you willing to be updated about your file?
4-Have you ever tried to get a report from your file?
5-Are you familiar with GCMS?
Answering the questions are appreciated. It will help you and the others to have a plan to follow up your case.
