Hi Experts, i have a question please.

I am actually trying to apply for parents immigration through the draw ( Same as happened in 2019 ). When i am considering the income requirements do i count my sister in or they wont consider? Confused as one of the Lawyer told me that u cannot count sister but some say yes.

You can't apply right now. The program has been delayed and no one even knows if it is going to be a draw or lottery or what.

If she is under 22 and not married/common-law, yes, she is counted as a dependent.
