Gradution through correspondence

Hi,

I had done my bachelors through correspondence from Delhi University. Will that be okay if I apply for PR.

Also, one of my friend had done bachelors through a regular collage. Also he had done a one year Diploma course from London. What all documents of his we will send to WES for verification.

Please help.
