gradutae and undergraduate certificate

Hello my friends ,

I am graduate from engineering university ,and all my experience in oil and gas field ,if i will get acceptcance from SAIT to study petrleum engineer and the certificate that i will get is bachelor


My Question is ,will the embassy of canada in abu dhabi will allow to give me study visa even if i am apply for undergraduate certificate .. ?
