Grade B medical visit

Hi everyone,

I ordered the report of my medical visit and I received it earlier today and saw they put me a grade B for my medical history with the note gender confirming therapy as I said during the exam that I was transgender and was having testosterone injection weekly.
Should I be worried about being denied because of that ?

Yes I got my permanent residency because my grade B was not related to any sickness
