Hi,

I'm looking for some advice. I recently received my IME report from my Panel Physician, which is all good other than the chest x-ray, which is graded B.

In the report the Radiologist has noted Abnormal in the lung fields with a qualifying note after the grading saying 'A couple of tiny nodular densities that are consistent with vessels seen end on. No evidence of active TB, or changes consistent with old or inactive TB, or changes suggestive of other significant diseases identified'

I'm confused / concerned as to why I've been graded B, but then the radiologist has qualified this as being consistent with vessels (i.e normal as we all have them). I have contacted the Panel Physician, but they don't seem interested in discussing it.

Any advice most welcome.

Well, you can't do anything. Just wait see what would be a reaction from an officer.
