Grade 10 and Grade 12

Do we need to mention about grade 10 and grade 12 in the study and languages sections as well? And do i need to upload the documents for those as well?

i guess you need them. i uploaded them but not sure if cic look into it though..i mean they ask for education history so included that ...

You don't. If they need that, they will ask you for Schedule A.
