Thank you for your help and support in this long period of waiting. Finally I got visa and moving in a month.
It tooks about 6 months from sending documents to Missisauga and final decision in Moscow.

Thank you so much for all your warm wishes, here very friendly atmosphere and very kind and helpful people. I am appreciate to you all very much.
For some more information - Interview was not needed, i just got call from embassy. In local office all process took about 4 months, wich is considered as fast Now doing other more pleasant preparations - checking information about entering to school for children and to University for myself.
