Got TRV (work VISA) to return to Canada - some questions

I have applied for TRV in Jan 2021 while I was in Canada.Due to some reason I came back to India in October without TRV. Today I got passport submission request.Can anyone help me what should I do now? Where should I send my passport?

this video can help you. And can you please tell me about your timeline and exact date when you applied or did they ask you for biometrics and medical or u transfer your application to india or it was totally processed in canada?

Got request on 23 Dec to submit passport, sent them webform to update my india address on 31 Dec and then I sent my passport on 13 Jan and got it back today

we got PPR on Jan 21 and sent passport on Jan 24 and its showing deliver to Chandigarh. Can you please tell if you know anything about this?
