HI,
Right. Nowhere it is written you need a certain % to get study permit. However higher % plays important role in proving bonafied student.(genuine student). Only % is not parameter of genuine student.

Its all about how you presents as a genuine students against v.o.

You should have to apply for bachelor degree course in university if your % can not take upto university then atleast you should have to apply for advance diploma course (3year) rather than simple 2 year diploma.

Oops! sorry, my bad. The 50% thing was for SPP. I see you've already done SPP and are now going for general. If your friend got in with 42%, then I don't think you have a problem. Do what others have suggested and try again.

Regarding the 50% requirement for SPP, I'm not sure of it.

HI,
Your so called kANAN agent is a big jackass.

(1) Age :up to 25 years. this is the quote of kanan agent.
well search this forum there is a member whose userid name is pinnak who was 27year old ang already got visa under spp.

fter completing 1 year of open work permit, they can apply for permanent residency for Canada through various immigration programs. This is second quote of jackass kanan.

well this jackass don't know in some province master degree holder can qualify for direct PR.
In some province only 3 year work experience nedded.
in some province only job offer needed (I can easily say kanan needs to update his knowledge because he has limited knowledge.)

I wonder where he read 25 year must and 50% things.
well if you are consulting with him tell him about this where he came to know one must be under 25 and one must have 50%????

HI dowood
Sorry if it sond rude in my previous post but these consultants are the main reason for refusal.

anyway you should submit your file before atleast august1 for sept. intake.

01 August for September entry and after 01 December for January entry will not
normally be processed in time for the start of classes and will likely be refused.

HI dawood,
There is nothing like if you apply in june or july or august your chances will be high.
It doesen't matter but you should not apply after august otherwise your file will not be processed.

You are free to apply in june or july or last august 1. its really upto you. There will be no effect on so called visa chances.
