Got PR on AEO, can I change my Employer

I got PR on the basis of AEO. I landed in May but I am still working in US. Can I change my employer once I move to Canada or do I need to stick with the same employer? Does it affect my PR?

You can change any time, in LMO one cant change but PR can change anytime.

Once you have your PR you can switch employers or even work for several employers at the same time.........

Part ways with your prospective employer amicably, since you used him when you needed him the most !!
Yes, you can go & do a job anywhere once you have your PR card in your hand.
However don't set a bad precedent for other prospective AEO seekers, who may loose out on getting one, if these kind of cases are reported to CIC/HRSDC.
