Hi Guys,
I just got my PR, haven't done the landing yet.
Note that I'm not from a visa exempt country, also I'm an inland applicant, living in Canada.

The problem is I have to travel in a couple of months. If I check online about the processing time of the PR card, it says almost three months.
Since I need my PR card to re-enter Canada, if I do the landing now, I'll have to wait three months before I can travel.

Does anyone know if it will be fine to not do the landing/flagpolling right now and wait until I travel and when I'm coming back and my flight lands back in Canada, I can do the landing then?
Or I must do the flagpolling/landing at the border?

Also, another option I was thinking about was that I do the landing/flagpolling right now, then later I send them proof of my travel and have them change my PR card processing to urgent, that way I can get the PR card faster. Anyone knows if that will be possible?

Thanks guys.

There's no urgent processing available for new PR cards - only for renewals.

You can either delay your landing and land when you return from your trip. Or you'll have to apply for a travel document from outside of Canada to return.

Thanks a lot for your response.
I think I'll just do the landing procedure at the airport after I get back from my trip, that option seems the safest.
