Got PPR - Queries about sending passport

Hi Friends,
Finally got the PPR after a long wait. I am in Vancouver BC and need to send my passport. Couple of questions:

For sending to CPC:
1. Can I use Fedex? Does Fedex deliver to PO Box

2. Should I request “Signature required when delivered”

For the return envelope:
1. Can I use Fedex? PPR email mentioned "Pre-paid Xpresspost envelope from Canada Post or a pre-paid return envelope from any other courier service". I think it used to be just Canada Post.

2. Should I request “Signature required when delivered”

3. Do I write my address in the "To" section on the prepaid return envelope. The PPR email says the following: DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE. However I have heard that Canada Post insists for you to fill out the return envelope.

You can use Fedex. There should be another address in the email for couriers
You can request signature.

Do not write anything on return envelope. Leave it completely blank

Can I use that other address even if I am inside Canada?

For return post, can I use Fedex? I remember that a few months back they would return only using Canada Post. Is it a recent change where they have started accepting other Couriers for return post?
