Got PPR is Ireland visa exempt, I clicked the link and it says undefined!!!

Hi All

I finally got PPR this morning and it says to send passport if country is not visa exempt but when I click Ireland it says undefined!!! Does anyone know?

Just a photocopy of the bio page, don't need to include all other pages, stamps or visas

Hey received decision made on September 30th, rang cic on Monday the had email address wrong even though it is right on my cic profile, they forwarded email for ppr today, apparently it was sent back it early October but to the wrong email address, this has happened a few ppl. My current visa is up November 24th so still have to apply for bridging visa.
