Hi,
I have applied on 21 October 2016. In the middle of 2017 I was involved in a car accident. I have been charged with dangerous driving. There was no drug or alcohol involved so I am fighting my charges and I hope I will get positive results. My trial date is end of this year.
Yesterday I got an email from IRCC to submit my passport. In step 1 they asked me to update my application.
So I emailed my charge details to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca.
Should I still send my passport or I should wait for them to reply my email?
Do you guys think I have hope of getting PR?
Regards,
