got passport but yet not received visa approval letter

I applied on 20th nov 2017 and received msg of dispatch your passport on 13 dec 2017 and my consultancy received my passport on 14 dec 2017 but yet not received any approval letter from Canada visa embassy.

guys, please help me out of this.

I don't know about it but my passport received by my counsultancy and they didn't open envelope. That's why I am coufused. My passport reached to destination but not get approval letter. Do you(helican) have any idea about it?

You wont get anything except passport if they have refused your application. Ask your agent if there is a small slip/letter anything with the passport. That would have details about your refusal. 2nd option, link your application online and you will see if it was approved or refused.

I have tried too many times to link up my profile with gc key account but whenever I filled information of mine and submit that form, they told me that we have not found regarding this information till day.

yes, could be. I dont understand why your agent is holding it. Just ask him to open and check it.
