PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS AND COST:
8.1: The Company pays for 80% of the total cost of processing the employee’s travel and work
documents. You only take care for 20% for the transportation and delivery of your documents over to

Salary: $ 8,500 CAD (Per month)
Probation: An individual who has been newly hired or promoted shall serve a probationary period of
three (3) to six (6) working months. During this time, the new employee will be evaluating and
adjusting to his/her new position and work environment to determine if expectations are being met and
assessing his/her overall fit to the organization and its mission, Fundamental Principles and values.

Hours of work: The regular working hours of the DAV- Construction are from (8:00am to 5:00pm
Monday to Friday for Day workers) including 50 minutes for lunch break and 30 minutes for tea break.
You will be required to work extra hours as and when required and informed by your senior.
Reporting relationship: You will be reporting to Miss, Gabriella
Vacation: Annual leave is a bank of hours that can be used for vacations, holidays and other personal
time off. You begin accruing annual leave on your first day of employment, as described in the
collective bargaining agreement. Sick leave begins accruing on the first day of employment. Accrual
amounts increase with length of service.
Following the initial probationary period, a progression and performance review will be conducted on a
quarterly basis to assess performance to-date, and to clarify or modify this arrangement, as the need
This arrangement may be terminated by either party upon notice in writing to either party with notice
that complies with Employment Standards (or Labor Standards)
