got my refusal under spp

:-[ I got rejection under spp on 8th of oct reason was
Irrelevant course or academic or language
10Th 58 %
12th 54 %
B.a 53% public administration sociology and history
Ielts 6.5 not less den 6 in any of the module
I have applied for 1 year pg course of human resource management in centennial college
I have no gap
I had paid 1 sem fees nd gic
Please help me in this should I apply again in general category ?
nd which. Documents I should prepare for it.
Please help me friends I will b glad if u help frnds

Bro my friend got visa he got 55% nd 1.5 years gap too....and my point is when college issued me offer letter and I deposited fees also then y they have problem now... :-[

college will do everything you need, because you are giving them what they need i.e. money, high commission do result uncertain but what can we do.

change ur course thats i can say otherwise ur profile is ok and include a sop and relate the course u take with ur previous studies

u need to select right course i am not sure if HR is related to ur BA profile.....u need to find a course which is related to ur BA profile
