Got my ITA for CEC through Express Entry: Advice needed

Hello, so I received an ITA yesterday under CEC for Express Entry Program. I need help on how to go about from here on.
A little background: I came to Canada on Study permit did my PGdip for 16 months and got 3 years PGWP, currently I am working as a FT Nurse aide (NOC 11302) for more than a year now.
Also I am traveling to India next month and I want to know is it ok for me to travel while I submit my PR application? And what documents do I need to bring with me so I can have a safe entry back in Canada later?

If someone can provide the link for the thread of a similar post or can help me give a detailed explanation for the steps, it will be much appreciated

So you are nurse's aide not PSW because PSW is a different NOC and TEER 4. You can submit outside Canada but may be difficult.

You need a TRV to re-enter Canada.

There isn't an issue with you travelling, but getting docs in place while travelling could get a little challenging - especially when you need to go through BLS, request employer for letters, get updated docs, get bank statements, etc.

Submit your PR application and then travel to India. Your PCC will be questionable if you travel before submitting PR application with PCC that was issued pre-travel from India.

^Lots of edge cases like these, not advisable to travel pre submitting your application.

As the other comment says, you need a valid TRV to enter Canada again.

I plan on completing and submitting my pr application in next week or so.
Also sorry if you don’t mind me asking can you let me know what does BLS stand for? Also do I need to get a Medical exam and Police verification for my application?
