Question:

After landing in Montreal, can I transfer to Toronto?

Do I need to stay in Quebec? For how many months?

Do I need to do any documentation if I transfer to Toronto?

Thank you.

After you get PR, nothing is stopping you from moving other than morals and ethics.

You have to check your PR card in case of any restrictions that state you cant work in any other province.

Before getting CSQ, you have signed a declaration of your intention to live and work in Quebec. You have the right of mobility within the country in case of better job or marriage, etc but sometimes the government could regulate your movement.

PR does not come with any mobility restrictions. Government does not regulate movement after landing.
