Got my first GCMS notes.......needs help

hi everyone,

i would like to share my time line first.

i have applied on 9th june,2014 and i got my AOR on 19th July,2014. i was waiting for my MR but i didn't got so i applied for my GCMS Notes. I would like to share my GCMS notes with you people as i have no idea what action should i take now. Your advise will b appriciated.

WORK EXPERINCE: CEC qualifying period is from 09 june2011 to 08june2014 Dates of authorized work experience -within 'Qaligying Period'-in a skill level O, A or B occupation: 2012/08/30- lock in Category of work permit: PGWP Post-secondary studies in Canada: College Technical According to Schedule 8 Work experience 1 : 2013/02/25- lock in NOC: 0621 seleted, Full time Assistant manager with XYZ inc. Employment letter dated 2014/05/27 conferms date of employment, position title and a salary of $ 15 hourly. A NOA from 2013 show reported earning of $30K. A T4 from 2013 shows reported earning 25K. There appears to be insufficient evidence to conferm work experience in Stated NOC. ADDITIONAL NOTES: PA stated he has diploma in Business Accounting from ABC collage. PA worked as customer service rep For convenience store between 2012/11- 2013/02. No LOE on file. XYZ inc is a convenience store. Pay stubs on file. LANGUAGE: CELPIP submited- applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level O.
MEDICAL NOT STARTED FOR ALL APPLICANTS RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER.


IF anyone have faced situation like this, please let me know what action i should take now.

My salary was $15 till November. Then I went to India for 2 months for marriage. In January I got rais to $18 till today. And I have sent few pay stubs for $18 when I submit file.

Hi aa1129,

From my perspective is you may missing the LOE, Letter of Employment which is CEC VO officer use to determine you eligibility for the role and responsibility, Start to end date of your skill working experience. Correct me if I'm wrong that you may not submitted the LOE with your application. Let see what others say.

1. What documents have you submitted from your employer.
2. What other management experience do you have prior to asist. Mgr( Noc 0621).

So it's all about salary, past experience or duties in employment letter for NOC 0621?

Hi Aa1129,

Salary is what the employer paid to you during the qualifying period. How does this compare with standard salary for your NOC in your city or province? I believe small differences may be acceptable.

The best thing is to get ready to provide proofs to CIC of the scope of the work of the NOC, as many as you can. If your employer can provide another letter confirming the scope of work for the qualifying period, it would help also.

I have already submited my employment letter for my experience for NOC 0621 during feb 2013 to may 2014. But during my study i was also working in convenience store during 2012 and 2013. I didn't send that employment letter as i thought it won't b necessary. So what do you think should I send old LOE or i shoud wait for document request from CIC.

so did you got your medical or not yet? what is your time line?

1) i have submited my T4 , Employment letter and last three months pay stubs when i submited my file in June.

2) i was working for convenience store as cashier for two years and then i got job as an assistant manager and i m still working with same employer but different business. i have done business administration in India and i have finished business accounting in toronto so is it relevant study to NOC 0621. what do you think?

Before submitting my file, i talked to lawyer about my salary she advised me that my salary is enough for my city. But if i want to check how can i check for my city.

Can you please also help me like what kind of proofs i can provide to CIC for the scope of the work of the NOC ? If i ask for another employment letter but the duties will be the same so does it make any difference ?

I m june 9 applicant, medicals requested on jan 24, PCC requested on March 14.

1. Did your job description similar to hrsdc website.
2. Your studies matches with your NOC. I think from customer service rep. towards asst.mgr. you need several yrs of experience as described by "Employment Requirements" by Noc.

If you have experience in India. That wod be plus point.
