Got MR with Updated Forms but confusion

Dear Members...

Good Day!

I want to clarify one thing that i received MR with updated Forms + RPRF Req + PCC updated.. I am a PNP applicant nominated in SINP family member category. Problem is London visa office asked me following updated forms

-Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for you and your spouse. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed.
New Schedule 5 form
New Schedule 4 Provincial Nominee form
New Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form
New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for you and your spouse


Why schedule 5 ( regarding Quebec) and Schedule 3 (regarding skilled worker form) have been asked in this list by visa office?

Please i need urgent help

I would rather appreciate of u can answer the question and help, because i have to fill the form and send it to VO...
Even i google it out and didnt get the answer...

As Jee786 already stressed, please post in the PNP thread as our knowledge regarding
the PNP application process is rather limited.
However, if you still want an answer, mine would be:
"Download the forms, fill them and submit them to CIC. Mark forms that are not applicable to your application as N/A and submit the rest
as soon as possible. Follow the instructions in the email from CIC and if you have any questions regarding the email, please contact the
visa office from which the email was sent."
