In fact, you have disclosed the following information on this forum as well as admitting to fraud:

and

So CIC if they look at this will know your father's name, your fake uncle's name, and the exact date, time and location you took your medical. They also can see you applied through Buffalo office and your NOC is 0811.

A simple search of your surname through the Buffalo office files and seeing which ones are 0811 isn't going to take long to locate your file, now is it?

Now, what was that number to report immigration fraud again......

Wayne.

Wayne,

The poor chap might be desperately calling his smart pants lawyer so give him time to respond ;D - I will not be surprised if he is back to brag even more !
Well said :)

wayne,

I don't know what people think about you brother but, you are doing a wonderful job.

People don't like your comments because, 2/3rd are using false or fraudulent information for their file.

Honestly speaking, I have seen tons and tons of people in last EIGHT years using fraud information and getting visa.

In my case, I did every possible thing that could prove an immigration officer that I can be a useful immigrant. The thing such as, I visited Canada and did study there, then did a volunteer job and worked very very hard so I could impress my employer. I got AEO from there then attempted ielts, got 7.5 bands even my native language is not english. I rubbed my ass to gain all those legal points.

Trust me brother I score 82 points today and my application is lying there from 20 months. I am holding AEO.... I let go many opportunities with the hope that I'll get visa soon.... but, everything seems to be worthless. I am on the edge where my AEO is being expired and still no ray of hope of getting medicals....

whereas, these people with fraud documents are getting medicals just in no time....

We can't change anyone's mentality because their mentality is ruthless.... They will understand this when they'll suffer

Hi friend. I am sorry to learn of your growing delay, especially since you seem to be a good, honest applicant who has worked hard to obtain an AEO (not an easy thing to get) and now you face the possibility of your AEO expiring before your PR is granted whilst CIC waste time on fraudulent applicants like immigration1.

But Immigration1 has made it clear he cares nothing about the honest applicants he is hurting, he only cares for himself.

My apologies to OMM and others who may not be interested in this kind of thread, or the kinds of comments I've been making about this kind of thing. I realise they can be unpopular at times.

I don't make such comments to start arguments or make myself look good or gain popularity (if I wanted popularity believe me this is not the way I would go about it! :)). I know many applicants, on this forum who PM me, and also some users on my blog, who are waiting for month after month and are not getting processed. Some of the pre-June-2010 applicants will not get a visa this year because their visa office's target will reach its limit. And that limit will be filled with people like immigration1 who got there by cheating.

I am actually a little disappointed that there isn't an easy way to report fraud to CIC if you are outside Canada. I had expected some kind of email address or web form. I am seriously thinking of taking all the information I know about immigration1 and reporting him to CIC.

Of course, many others have also done this - but that doesn't make it right. And wherever I read people asking advice or bragging about how they have cheated the system, I will stiffly oppose it, however unpopular that might be amongst certain a minority on this forum.

Wayne.

The problem is people entertain lots here (my experience).
look Wayne friend, Frankly to you if you watching news. lots of indians and ministry people are fraud, even daily lots of scams coming in news , like black money of indians in swiss bank.
So, as per my opinio it's worthless for me to discuss with those kind of people topic.
even if CIc want to track they have lots of way to track. if they don't interest in own immigration process than we cant do anything in this matter.
even cic also have fault that they collect fees under 12months fast track rules now they changed timelines and they applied to all who submitted applications under old rules of fast track.
somany stuffs are ignorable that we can't do anything in this matter , just comment here thats it.

So 70 points means only 65 points of his were gained legitimately? And the other 5 were from these fake relative documents? This means it is not "extra points just in case". His visa would fail without these fake documents.

Well, there is still time for him to be caught before his visa is approved. I only hope CHC do a good job and expose him.

Wayne.
And how does he know how many points he had before medicals??? I received PPR-did meds. 2 months ago, but I dont know my points. When do they tell u that?

Ana,

He had ordered for CAIPS and this document actually lets you know each and every info on your file including the points. He actually got 2 BONUS points....I really don't know for what reason.

But frankly, his arrogance and the mentality to challenge CIC with his fraud docs is mind boggling...esp the fact that he was approved and an honest candidate may have lost his chance because of him.

I have read all his posts.....and about the bonus poits....yesterday when i was surfing the immigration (maybe u remember my post about my friend)....yesterday i opened the whole immigration package (the new one on the cic we site)...I wanted to read the instructions for filling the application-we did it ourselves and I wanted to check the points for education for my friend.....in the assessesment i read that an applicant can get 2 extra points for adaptability i think (besides those 5)...i can't quote now...but it was there..I read it. It was not there a year and a half when i was filling my and my friend's application packages. Do they ever tell you the number of points if u dont order caips?

I exactly don't know complete definition but Bonus points is VO rights, means VO think that this candidate have good educations, experience and realy he/she will economically established in Canada, but applicant have lack of some points to elligible than VO use those rights and assign 67 points to qualify the PR process. I came to know this from old applicant from my group who applied in 2007 and he had 64 points but he got PR and in interview VO told him that we use our rights to give you extra points to qualify for your PR applicaiton @ New Delhi VO. but they called him for interview to check all original documents.

Nice one Wayne I am with you. Report this person. We need to kill parasites like him. He is so proud what he has done and calling it a dare. Report to CIC that there is a case on this forum. Collect all his posts and the stuff he claiming points for relative. CIC might track him down. Its worth noting his IP address. Moderator will help you with that. Unique thing about his case is he won lottery and showed it as proof of funds. This might also help. Build as much evidence as you can.

Yes omm, the technical term for it is "Substituted Evaluation" which can go either way.

If the VO feels that an applicant is qualified enough then he can grant extra points even if the initial points acquired by the candidate is less than the qualifying 67 points. VO also has the power to reject a qualified (with 67 points) application based on the assessment of the information on file.

Everything is at the discretion of the VO.
