Got Medical request from IRCC while I was preparing to leave Canada

Hi. I need some expert advice. Here is the story:

I applied for extension of visitor visa in Canada on March 25, 2020. On Oct 2, 2020 I got medical request from IRCC. I had my flight booked for Oct 6, 2020 and I left Canada for India on Oct. 6, 2020. How should I proceed with the medical request now. In case I am not able to comply with the medical request, will there be any problem in future I could face while applying for visitor visa or entering in Canada. I will appreciate your responses. Thanks.

Do you still want the visa? You can do medical anywhere that is an approved clinic/hospital.
If you dont need it I would say write a webform informing them that you have left and no longer need the visa tell them to cancel your application. It should not affect anything but remember you have to mention this application on all future applications.

Normqlly you have to do the medical because you already took advqntqge of the extension but contact IRCC via webform and see what they say. Perhaps they will allow you to skip the medical
