Got medical request but no SA letter

Hi!! i am in a very strange situation as i got no response from IRCC for atleast 5 months after they received my application. Few days back i got biometric request followed by Medical request. However i did not get any SA letter. Is it ok?

Yes, It is normal It was the same in my case, I never got SA just medicals and biometrics.
After medical you can sit and wait I have been waiting two months after medicals and still no news.
