Got married after applied for PR

I am from India and I have applied for PR in Canada through PNP stream. I have applied for PR on April 26, then I got married on june 14 in India. My wife is an Indian citizen and she resides in India. After coming back from India on july 13 I have undergone for PR medicals too. I want to know how can I add my wife to my PR application? which all forms I need to do again for her? do I need to review my papers too? where should I send the documents( I think my application is still with CIO Sydney ).

Go through all the forms and do all the forms again where your wife would be listed. Your wife also has to do her own forms for background history etc. Since your file may be in transit between Sydney and India now, I think it is better to wait until you see online or get a letter stating that it has been transferred. Then you can send the new forms and marriage certificate to New Delhi and tell them that you got married and need to add your wife.
