Please i need ur help here... i m also a sep 2006 applican from CHC islamabad but haven't recieived UL. My waiting time 26-42 months will be over in this month Mar-2010. Can u guida me what to do...should i contact CHC ....i m under 38 NOC as well. should i reapply under new fast track rules ...
