at this stage only this form and plus your CV is required by Employer then HRDC may interview your employer over Telephone not mandatory or may call interview in person that also not mandatory but your employer must be ready for that after submission of application .

I have some questions regarding the application form my employer need to fill for the AEO.

"40.Experience/Skills Requirements of the Job (including occupational designations such as CA, CMA, CGA, RN, P.Eng,):"

Can my Employer write professional/international certification as a skills requirements for the job, although they weren't specifically mentioned in the job ad.
In the job ad that i applied, there were certain skills that the candidates has to know, but no specific certification were mentioned.

If you have specification certification, it is proof that you know, what is required in the job description.

What is better to do?
Or to fill the application form according to my CV, so i look like e perfect candidate for the job offer?

Actually what job is being offered..........have you experience of that job in your past 10 year and continuous one year.......if yes then qualification does not matter......if your qualification match to job that is another additional advantage to you and if your employer is satisfied then not matter what the qualification do you have but its better your qualification should match to job being offered......

Yes, i perfectly match the job ad, i have experience in that job position.

About qualifications, i was referring to persuading HRSDC that they could't find ant Canadian with those certificates they choose me. As i understand the company have to explain why they are hiring me and why not some Canadian.
Everything that is asked for the job i have, starting from the university degree, experience, certifications, recommendations.

Another thing that i see in the application form, is Expected Employment Start Date. This should be at least 6 month in the future? Confirmation needed?

Canadian are not regular on their jobs and even they switch off job most frequently than any other national hired so this is the point why employee is sought out of canada. so do not worry about it. this is explanation that is required from Employer. Expected employment date would be 1 year or more....but when it is written in your offer that job offer is permanent and on full time basis and indeterminate so worries ends.

I am really confused about this starting dates.

Scenario 1: Start/Hire date 1 October 2013. - But my application is proceed in 2014 and in February 2014 they ask me for my medicals and passport. Question: Will i have any problems that my hire data was expired, and will i still have valid job offer?

Scenario 2: Start/Hire date 1st March 2014 - But i finish all the papers by November 2013. Do i need to wait till 2014 to start working, or i can go to canada and start working with current job offer?

I was reading about applying to canada, and i read some folks need LMO.
Is there a difference between AEO and LMO.

LMO is for work permit .....actually when you apply on this job offer what ever your employer write in job offer.....if you are in process but a little time before your medical Visa office must ask you for current job offer form your employer to evaluate is it still open for you .........then you employer again give you letter on company letter head that job is still on for you..........do not indulge any other thing just get your AEO approved with the rest of time and visiting this forum you will find out the way and many suggestion and complete process............so do not worry........and never hesitate to ask me any question .

For the AEO applications.

Does my employer needs to send transcripts of my university degree and certificates in order to prove that I am qualified for the job? The job is in IT sector, so it is not regulated job.

Only your Detailed CV would serve the purpose..........although your employer can attache copies of your transcripts......

The very first question of the AEO application form is:

Do you currently employ or intend to employ the foreign worker before he/she becomes a permanent resident?

If my employer check No, does that mean i cannot work till i get PR card? Confirmation needed?
If my employer check No, can i start working for him right after i got my visa and i enter Canada?

What if he check Yes? Any explanation?

Please, i am confused.

Click "No" yes you can start your work after entering Canada.........PR card comes in couple of month so this is not issue........

I am relieved now ;D

Seems like my employer would start the procedure for AEO.

If i have ant question during this procedure, I will post.
