Hi there, I have applied for EE overseas and got the invitation to apply for ITA, however, the employer in Canada does not sponsor my work permit and I need to work there as early as possible.
Can I apply for work permit before I obtained the PR status? Or any other ways that allow me to have a work permit immediately?
