Got ITA but English test expires soon – what should I do?

Hi everyone, I recently received my ITA through Express Entry, but my English test score will expire next week. I still need some time to gather the rest of my documents, so I probably won’t be able to submit before it expires. My EE profile is also set to expire when the test expires. Since I already received an ITA, will the profile still expire, or does the ITA override that?
Also, can I retake the English test during the 60-day submission period and upload the new score if it’s the same or higher so my CRS doesn’t change? Would appreciate hearing if anyone has been in a similar situation.

You should retake it.

The profile won't expire until / if you get back to the pool.

Your CRS will change if the test results are different from what you have now.

Thanks for the reply, can I take the test within that 60-day window to get the same level of clb to maintain my CRS and submit both results at the same time?
