You can only accept ITA after you've completed 1 year of WE, so after the 15th of MAY.

You must decline and keep declining until you get an ITA after 15th of May.

You don't have to decline.
You have 90 days to accept the ITA.
My suggestion, keep all the necessary documents ready and accept the ITA the day you complete 1 year.
Quite simple!!!

Incorrect, the PA will be assessed on the date of his ITA and not his eAPR. If he does not have 1 year of WE when s/he received ITA the application will be cancelled.

There is no ACCEPTING an ITA, it's not like a nomination... Once you receive ITA you have 90 days to submit all documents or decline.

Thank you for the replies...if i decline ITA now, in how many days il be able to rejoin in pool??

i have to decline my ITA to be safer for second job i have work exp,ref from manager without letter head and offer letter but no payslips .so i want to decline my ita for lesser score.
Problem is i have done my spouse(dependent) medical on old passport on april 9 if we decline and also get issued a new passport we r sure of getting ita in next draws .should the medicals be done again for new passport

Once you decline your invitation, in 24 hours your profile will be in the poo again.
You don't need to take any further steps after declining your invitation to get your profile in the pool. It happens automatically

Decline now and you can accept on first draw of May 2017. Date does not matter, experience is counted month to month. if you are 40 hours per week you should be good.
