Got eligibility completed 10 days ago, but background verification is still in progress. Is it normal?

Got eligibility completed 10 days ago, but background verification is still in progress. Most people I have seen, they get background verification completed the same day or just a few days after having eligibility completed.

Is it normal or should I get worried?

Note that my final destination is Quebec and my VO is Mississauga.

Yes it's normal, background verification is usually the last one
