Im an Australian citizen just got a working holiday visa for 2 years in Canada. I live in Vancouver at the moment but I'll be going back to Aus in December for a few weeks. I plan to legally change my name back to my family name as my divorce recently came through.
My concern is if I change my name and passport in Australia what will happen to my Canadian visa (which is under my ex-husbands family name)? When I come back in January to Canada will I have a problem to get back in? Do I need to bring any paperwork with me? Where can I get any information about this?
