I think for Pakistanis most important factor is to show enthusiasm and commitment to your application. Try to complete you application your self, write your SOP yourself or from your relative. My point is don't give VO any chance of suspecting that copy/paste all things from some other applicant. Make your SOP and each aspect of your applicantion relative to your course that you are intended to study.

It is safe to have money in your account 4 months prior the date you applied for visa till you landed in Canada
