GOT AOR and medical request while in restoration period.

Hello there,

Anyone had or having same problem which i am suffering currently. I am in work permit extension restoration period because my employer did not provide employer letter on time. My PR in process and recently i got AOR and medical request. I am worried about could that restoration impact on my PR application ? If anyone know any solution please help me in this hard time. Thank you so much for your time. p

No impact on PR. WP extension restoration period doesn’t exist. It is just restoration period. If your application was denied then you can’t work anymore and you must apply for restoration and a WP.

Thank you so much for quick response. I had a word with one of IRCC consultant and he said that if IRCC will ask me any document related to my job like ( payslips or employment letter) then my PR application could be in jeopardy because i am in restoration period and could not work so how could i show all these documents. What options i have if IRCC would ask me to submit these above mentioned documents. Thank you again for your help.
