I got an an email on my registered email address on June 2 ,2020 from CIC canadaWe are still working on your application . Will mail you if we need from you.kindly help me to know what does it mean.
Also my profile status is showing update not submitted.

If anyone knows about it ,do revert me

Because pretty much everyone received this message. It was a system error.

But it doesn't seems 100%error.
Since along with an email there is an update on my account.
If there is then CIC should inform about this.

The name in my degree certificate and employment records (payslips, appointment letter) is Dhivyabharathi K, whereas my name in passport is mentioned as Dhivyabharathi Kariyamal. Would it be a problem? Should I submit any self explanatory letter for this?

you should take an affidavit letter for this one and the same name (you can google on how to do this in your country)

Hi Guys, I have another question. In my express entry profile, I have given my parents complete name, coz they have asked for first name and surname mandatorily. In my passport, my parents names are mentioned only with their first names. For parents name also, should I get a notarized affidavit. Or is it okay to just mention it in LOE?

It’s an error. I got the same email and my application has been complete from Apr 22
