Got an email saying the ATIP request (for GCMS notes) is finished but with no attachments

What is happening? Do they email the thing separately or they forgot to attach it?

My daughter got a pdf attachment in GCKey and an email to look at GCKey but others have reported they got the pdf only by email eith nothing in GCKey.
